2. CHARTS study (looking for people who sleep 4-6 or 7-8 hours on average)

CARDIOMETABOLIC HEALTH AND RELATIONSHIPS TO SLEEP (CHARTS)

Click here to go right to the survey.

The CHARTS study uses an online survey to determine whether potential participants are eligible.

We are interested in how a person's usual sleep habits are related to health, and we are especially looking for people who either typically sleep less than 6 hours or between 7-8 hours per night.

You will be paid $500 upon completion of the full study.

At this time, only people living in the Tucson area may qualify.

Also, remember that we are only looking for participants who:
- are between age 25 and 60
- sleep less than 6 or between 7-8 hours on average
- are not pregnant

If you are interested in seeing if you qualify for the study, proceed to the next page.

As a special thank-you, we can send you a personalized report on your sleep habits if you complete the survey.

The survey may take 60-90 minutes to complete. Because of this, please make sure you have plenty of time to complete it. If you want to send yourself a reminder, just email survey@sleephealthresearch.com and you will get an automated message with a link to the survey that you can click whenever you are ready.
