 
HELP WITH UPS PRE-PAID ENVELOPES
 Your prepaid UPS envelope can be dropped off at any UPS store or UPS dropbox and will be returned to us the next business day.
As part of the study, you were provided with a prepaid UPS envelope.
To return the equipment, you can bring it back in person or drop this envelope off at any authorized UPS dropoff location.
