The most difficult part of any research study is finding participants willing to volunteer their time and efforts.

How do you SLEEP?

Would you be interested in trying a new sleep supplement?

Researchers at the University of Arizona are currently evaluating a nutritional supplement for its effectiveness in improving sleep.

Eligible subjects should be between 22-50 years of age, generally healthy, and not pregnant.

This study does NOT include sleep deprivation or ask you to change your usual sleep patterns.

Participants will be compensated up to $400 for completion of the study and will receive a free Fitbit Charge 2 watch.
