Participate in a Study!Essential Topics in BSM

In July to October 2020, the Sleep and Health Research Program hosted a one-of-a-kind lecture series. Leading voices in the field of Behavioral Sleep Medicine came together for a series of talks on basic and intermediate topics covering a wide range of areas within Behavioral Sleep Medicine.

This was part of our ongoing #BSMinar series, which is still freely available weekly (sign up for our mailing list!).

All of the lectures for the Essential Topics in BSM series were recorded and these recordings are freely available for anyone to view. To access the recordings, go to the Continuing Education page dedicated to the series (DIRECT LINK) or click on each of the links below for the individual presentation once you are already registered.

(NOTE: Registration is required for access. Although it is free, European Union addresses won't work. Just don't enter an address in the EU and you should be able to register fine.)
