The Sleep and Healthy Activity, Diet, Environment, and Socialization (SHADES) study, sponsored by the National Institutes of Health, is a regrional study of the relationship between habitual sleep patterns and their health.

The SHADES study is currently closed to recruitment, but we should be publishing many of our results soon!
